In the middle third of the left lobe is determined gipoehogenny focus with smooth contours 0.7 * 0.6 * 0.8 cm similar focus in the lower third of the right lobe 0.6 * 0.3 * 0.8. Node no. Neck lymph nodes were not enlarged. Conclusion scintigraphy: diffuse increase in the total accumulative function of the thyroid gland. Index capture above population norms – 2,61% of shares symmetrical. Analysis of tumor markers in TG, Salcitonin, Traby, kaulogramma – all within normal limits.
Answer: Hello! In the presented results of your research there is an increase of antibodies to thyroperoxidase, thyroglobulin, which may indicate the presence of autoimmune thyroiditis. Autoimmune thyroiditis can occur as an asymptomatic, and accompanied by an increase or decrease the level of thyroid hormones, which requires mandatory correction. At the moment data for hypo-or hyperthyroidism is observed (given the results of these studies). But consultation endocrinologist still need to get to the recommendations and the need for preventive measures.
